It focuses on a wide range of areas such as career development, life transitions, work-life balance, goal-setting, decision-making, confidence, and emotional well-being. Adult coaches work with clients to identify their strengths, clarify their values, and break down any barriers that may be holding them back. They provide personalized strategies, accountability, and support to help clients navigate life’s challenges
Parent coaching is form of coaching designed to support and empower parents in their role, helping them navigate the challenges of raising children. It focuses on providing guidance, tools, and strategies for effective parenting, strengthening parent-child relationships, and addressing specific parenting challenges, such as discipline, communication, and managing stress. A parent coach works with parents to identify their goals, values, and parenting style, and then helps them create personalized strategies for raising their children in a way that aligns with those beliefs.
Teen coaching is a specialized form of coaching designed to support adolescents as they navigate the unique challenges of their teenage years. It focuses on empowering teens to develop self-awareness, build confidence, manage emotions, and make decisions that align with their values and goals. Teen coaches help young people with issues such as school stress, social pressures, self-esteem, time management, relationship difficulties, and career exploration
Child coaching is a form of coaching specifically tailored to help children develop important life skills, build confidence, and navigate challenges in a positive and supportive environment. It focuses on guiding children through personal growth, emotional regulation, decision-making, and social skills in an age-appropriate way. Relationship coaching is a form of coaching focused on helping individuals or couples improve and strengthen their relationships. Whether the relationship is romantic, familial, professional, or platonic, a relationship coach works with clients to navigate challenges, improve communication, resolve conflicts, and foster deeper connections. Relationship coaching provides tools to help clients develop healthy communication patterns, understand their needs and boundaries, and create shared goals.
Group coaching is a coaching format where a coach works with a small group of individuals, typically with a common goal, challenge, or interest. Unlike one-on-one coaching, group coaching provides a supportive community environment where participants can learn from one another, share experiences, and offer encouragement, all while benefiting from the coach's guidance.
I am a life coach with a deep passion for mental health, which began during my time as an elementary school teacher. Throughout my 11 years in education, I began noticing an alarming increase in childhood trauma and mental health struggles, especially after the pandemic. While healing my own traumas, I knew I was being called to help others do the same. That’s when I introduced weekly mental health lessons into my classroom and involved families in the work we were doing to strengthen emotional resilience. The impact was profound—I saw my students not only flourish emotionally but also how these lessons helped build stronger connections within families, fostering relationships centered around compassion and empathy.
This experience sparked something within me, and I realized my true calling wasn’t just in education but in supporting mental health in a deeper way. I decided to leave teaching behind and pursue a master’s degree in clinical mental health. After completing all of the coursework for a Clinical Mental Health Master’s degree, I was ready to begin my internship and officially take the next steps toward becoming a licensed therapist. But as I delved deeper into the field, something didn’t sit right with me. I realized that, in the current mental health landscape, therapists are often required to diagnose every client with a mental health disorder after the very first session, simply to meet insurance requirements. This practice didn’t align with my values — especially because most people are unaware of these diagnoses, and many therapists are forced to make these decisions not based on the individual's needs, but to satisfy insurance protocols that sometimes leave individuals without the support they deserve.
While I’ve always been and will continue to be a passionate advocate for therapy, I couldn’t ignore the disconnect I felt between the pressure of the traditional mental health system and the true essence of personal growth — which, in my heart, is rooted in authentic connection and compassion.
Throughout my life, I’ve faced many personal traumas in childhood, adolescence, and adulthood that have deeply shaped who I am today. It is through these experiences — the struggles, the pain, and the healing — that I’ve found my purpose in helping others find solace in their own stories. I’ve come to understand that we are all human, and we all struggle in some way, whether it's with our past, our present, or our future. Human beings are hardwired for connection, and true connection is built when two people meet each other with vulnerable hearts, ready and willing to share and learn from one another’s personal experiences. It’s through this kind of openness that we can truly grow together. I believe that self-disclosure — when shared with care and intention — alongside psychoeducation on how the brain works, helps foster a deep sense of grace and compassion for ourselves. Understanding the “why” behind our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors allows us to step away from self-judgment and embrace ourselves with kindness, knowing we are not broken, but simply human. This combination of vulnerability, education, and empathy creates the foundation for healing and growth, both for myself and for those I work with.
After much thought and reflection, I made the difficult decision to forgo graduation and my path toward licensure, in order to create something different — a space where healing, growth, and transformation are not defined by a diagnosis, but by a genuine, empathetic relationship with a coach who truly listens. And so, Compassion Life Coaching, LLC was born.
I truly believe that each of us has the ability to grow, heal, and evolve — not through labels or diagnoses, but through deep human connection, understanding, and compassion. My approach is centered around meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment, and offering the tools and support you need to move forward at your own pace.
If you’re ready to experience a coaching relationship that prioritizes your individuality, compassion, and practical strategies for growth, I’d love to be a part of your journey.
Thank you for being here.
Let’s create meaningful change together.
I truly believe that each of us has the ability to grow, heal, and evolve — not through labels or diagnoses, but through deep human connection, understanding, and compassion. My approach is centered around meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment, and offering the tools and support you need to move forward at your own pace. Unlike therapy services or rigid coaching models, I connect with my clients outside of our scheduled meeting time - rather this be through personalized playlists, journaling prompts, shared podcasts or videos, it is vital to me that my clients never feel alone in their journey.
Due to the nature of my ongoing coaching model, I limit the number of clients I take on to ensure that I can provide the highest level of support to each individual. I believe that meaningful transformation requires personalized attention and dedication, and this simply can't be done on a large scale. My focus is on helping those who are truly committed to making long-lasting changes in their lives, which is why I am very particular about the clients I work with. To ensure we’re a good fit for each other, I offer a free 30-minute consultation where we can discuss your goals, challenges, and whether Compassion Life Coaching is the right support for you. This consultation is a chance for both of us to decide if we align in our approach and vision for your growth.
If you are ready to take the next step towards living the life you deserve, email compassionlc22@gmail.com or message me on Facebook to schedule your consultation.
I look forward to hearing from you!
